David Pace, President
David Pace is a 1974 graduate of the Cincinnati Bible Seminary (Cincinnati Christian University). David has more than 30 years of experience as a local church Pastor, Missionary, and para-church ministry leader.
David was President of The Christian Church Extension Foundation for 26 years until it was acquired by Church Development Fund (CDF) in 2003. Following that he served as Vice President of Foundation Capital Resources a national evangelical church lender. In 2008 David was asked to join the Executive Team of CDF where he provided leadership in such areas as Loan Participations and Structured Finance, Real Estate and the President’s Club. David became the Founding President of Kairos Legacy Partners in 2010.

R. Paige Mathews, Vice President
R. Paige Mathews is an Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Air Force. He then Graduated from Johnson University, attended Emmanuel Christian Seminary and East Tennessee State University, and received an MA from Bloomsburg University in 1987. Paige has taught at Bloomsburg University, and Lincoln Christian College East Coast. He is also an Affiliate Faculty with Colorado Christian University.
Paige held Associate Ministry positions in Johnson City, TN and Jacksonville, FL before becoming the Senior Minister of the Berwick Christian Church in Berwick, PA. Paige directed the Christian Evangelizing Association, a new church planting ministry, for sixteen years while living in PA. In 1994, Paige and his family helped to start Celebrate Life Christian Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Paige worked with The Christian Church Extension Foundation (The CCEF) on either a part-time or full time basis from 1994 to 2003. He became Vice President in 1997 and directed the Faith In Action Capital Fundraising Program.
In 2003 Paige became the Business Manager for the Corporation for Community Christian Connections, a development company for LifeBridge Christian Church in Longmont, CO, a church of approximately 4,000. Today he serves as Vice President for Kairos Legacy Partners and President of FIA Consulting which services the Leadership and Management needs of local churches and continues to serve the Capital Stewardship Development needs of churches across America. He has also served the Lutheran Hispanic Missionary Institute, El Paso, TX as Development Director.
Paige and his wife Lynne were married in 1979 and have two daughters, Mary Jo and Cheryl Lynne. They have two son-in-laws, Ryan and Matt. Mary Jo and Ryan are parents to two boys, Roryn and Camden. Cheryl and Matt are parents to one daughter, Lucy. All currently live in the Denver, CO area.

For 35 years, David Chapman preached for Christian Churches in Georgia, Tennessee and Florida. He led in the start of numerous new congregations as well as growing churches where he ministered. David served on numerous church-affiliated boards and has preached revival meetings throughout the South. He is a graduate of Atlanta Christian College, but credits his father and father-in-law, who were both Christian Church ministers, with providing life examples of Christian ministry.
In 1992, David founded Church Development Fund of Georgia and served as its president for four years until the one-state ministry was merged with CDF of California. David has since traveled the Southern Region helping churches with building projects and encouraging church growth. David has often said that one of his greatest joys in life is helping a church get from where they are to where they want to be. David has been married to his wife Gale for 54 years; they are the proud parents of two daughters, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The Chapmans attend Heritage Christian Church in Fayetteville, Georgia and enjoy travel, being with friends and entertaining grandchildren.

Howard Brammer is a 1967 graduate of the Cincinnati Bible Seminary (Cincinnati Christian University).
After seminary, Howard had two ministries in Ohio – one in Batavia and the other in Lancaster. Then in 1983, Howard became the 50th Senior Minister at Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis, IN. Howard served at Traders Point for 24 years.
In 2005, Howard served as the President of the North American Christian Convention (NACC). He also served as Treasurer of the NACC as well as a member of the Board of Stewards.
A highlight of Howard’s career was serving on the Executive Committee of the Billy Graham Crusade in 1999. Howard has also had the privilege of giving the opening prayer at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Brickyard 400, since it’s inception 21 years ago.
Howard is a proud Father of two sons and an even prouder Granddaddy of four grand-kids. He and his wife, Martha, have been married for 47 years. They currently reside in Indianapolis, IN.

Liz Crews is a banking, finance, and real estate specialist – having served in these industries for 25 years. Liz was Vice President/Financial Center Manager for one of the largest commercial financial institutions in California. She has also served as a licensed real estate agent and loan underwriter. Most recently Liz served with Church Development Fund (CDF) as the Director of Loan Administration, managing the loan and real estate documentation process.
Liz calls the Knott Avenue Christian Church in Anaheim, CA her home church. For more than 25 year she has served in Children’s ministry, and on the Worship and Missions teams. Liz and her husband Robert have a special passion for Missions. They travelled to several countries on short-term missions teams before experiencing God’s call to serve as missionaries on the San Carlos Apache Reservation (Globe, AZ) with 3:18 Ministries.

Tami Milbrandt graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration. In May 2014, Tami received her Master’s of Business Administration Degree also from the University of Colorado.
Tami was the Director of Marketing at ShopAtHome.com for nearly 4 years, specializing in Search Engine Optimization, Social Media and Web Marketing. On July 11, 2010, Tami and her sister Sarah gave their lives to the Lord in the picture-perfect Colorado River. In 2012, the Lord called Tami to serve his Kingdom with Kairos Legacy Partners.
Tami and her husband, Adam, live in Parker, Colorado with their two dogs – Sweetie and Griffey.

Stephen Gray, D-min has spent the last decade of his ministry helping plant new churches. He is recognized as one of the leading church planting and church growth experts in the U.S. Over the last 27 years he has been involved in pastoring, transitioning, restarting, and planting new churches. Dr. Gray is an alumni of Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky, where he received both his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degree. Stephen presently serves as Superintendent of the Arizona Free Methodist Church, and Church Planting Consultant for the Western Region of the Free Methodist Church (USA).
